the increasing popularity of catamarans at charter bases worldwide led us to develop this unique Cruise and Learn format, designed to give you the experience and skills to charter a multi hull vessel

** WARNINGS **

sailing at 14 knots without any notable heeling - privacy of the 4 corners of the boat and the common social area provided by an expansive bridgedeck combine to a refined cruising that may require the smile to be surgically removed from your face afterwards!

GETTING DOWN TO DETAILS

it would be ideal if we spend time teaching catamaran topics and not spending all the course time going over sailing that you have done before - accordingly, you should have taken prior sailing lessons and be relatively up to date with your sailing skills

need a refresher? consider the basic refresher clinic or mileage builder ahead of this experience

timing - you will board 3pm SUNDAY at GRANVILLE ISLAND and return around the same time on the following FRIDAY

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING

appropriate clothing, personal gear including sailing attire, sleeping bag & pillow (or contact us to supply 1 week in advance or more)

we will provide the food and drink - cooking aboard will be one of the course topics

we are unable to supply alcoholic beverages, but you are welcome to bring your favourite to enjoy when the course 'logs off' - there are also some 'watering holes' ashore at some of our favourite stops
